Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name and email address, subscription and entitlement status, security and access events, support communications, and limited technical data needed to protect and operate the service.

Payments

Stripe processes payment card information. XTLabs receives customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status identifiers but does not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and product access, process subscriptions, prevent fraud and account sharing, deliver support, maintain product security, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate XTLabs, such as Cloudflare and Stripe, or when legally required. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request account correction or deletion and may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.
