Subscription services

XTLabs provides access to software products while the applicable subscription or promotional entitlement remains active. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled through the customer billing portal.

FullSend

FullSend provides informational probability analysis and market data. It does not execute trades, control brokerage accounts, provide personalized investment advice, or guarantee any outcome. You remain solely responsible for every trading and financial decision.

Acceptable use

You may not share accounts or access codes, bypass access controls, resell access without written permission, scrape or redistribute product data, reverse engineer the service, interfere with service operation, or use the service unlawfully.

Availability and changes

Market feeds and third-party services may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. XTLabs may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revoke access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period. Except where required by law, completed subscription charges are non-refundable.

Liability

Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. XTLabs is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party outages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
